満喫（まんきつ）の意味は「(n,vs) have enough of; fully enjoy」です。漫言（まんげん）の意味は「(n) rambling talk」です。
The meaning of the word mankitsu is 'have enough of; fully enjoy' and the meaning of mangen is 'rambling talk' so this is a bunch of ramblings about enjoying things....I guess.
